Praveen Bezawada Joseph

Praveen is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in the bio-pharmaceutical sector, specializing in Quality Engineering, Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV), Computer System Validation (CSV), and cold chain validation. He has successfully led large-scale validation and engineering initiatives for vaccines, biosimilars, and biopharmaceutical products, managing cross-functional teams and multimillion-dollar capital projects across North America, Europe, and Africa. Praveen’s strategic leadership has enabled organizations to meet GMP, GAMP5, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements while accelerating product readiness.

Praveen’s expertise spans the full lifecycle of validation and quality systems implementation — including analytical and process validation, laboratory system qualification, QMS and LIMS deployment, and global cold chain validation. He is recognized for his innovative use of data analytics and AI-based tools to enhance risk management and operational efficiency. Praveen holds an MBA and is also a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
